A) you contact us for an initial chat to discuss what you want to achieve.
B) We outline the help and support that you will be given over the first 6 months.
C) We meet each month to review success and agree next steps.

What’s the investment?

Surprisingly low, for under £2000 per month, you can choose a Business Development Director, Manager and Executive to work for you – with a combined input of five days per month. Our experience shows that this level of input can provide all marketing and sales activity for a firm of under £5m turnover or provide impact within specific niche areas for larger firms.

The team will work with you to execute all your sales and marketing activity and if you are like our current clients, you may want us to:

  • Research a target market and generate appointments with new clients.
  • Manage all your contacts and your pipeline of new business.
  • Provide a clear and cohesive plan with clear KPI’s which we then implement for you.
  • Help fee-earners build their professional networks and develop new clients.
  • Create outstanding emails, Direct Mail, case studies and presentations.
  • Produce and promote seminars, events and entertainment.
  • Introduce and manage a Key Account Programme and conduct Client Service Assessments.
