HELPING A CONSULTANCY PROFIT WITH THE DAIRY INDUSTRY

The BD Consultancy worked with the partnership responsible to:

  • articulate an extremely complex market proposition
  • secure, prepare for and attend meetings with directors
  • coach the Partners and Directors in their pursuit of new business

The campaign enjoyed unprecedented success, engaging 9 of the 11 targets in discussion.  They were asked to provide quotes for 4 seperate pieces of business and anticipated fees are £730,000.

ANALYSING A NEW MARKET OPPORTUNITY FOR A LAW FIRM

The BD Consultancy have been engaged to research, analyse and recommend the best method for a firm's potential entry into a more lucrative upper segment of the market.

It is too early in the project to declare it a success.  However, the client has been impressed by the fact that they are now able to harness ideally qualified people at very short notice, ensuring that none of their current employees and senior management team are distracted from their essential work.

BOOSTING LARGE PRIVATE COMPANY SHARE FOR A BIG 4 FIRM

The BD Consultancy was commissioned to co-ordinate the global accountancy firm's approach to UK private companies in the £400m to £1bn turnover slice. They:

  • researched and highlighted existing firm offerings that were most resonant
  • coached the national Partner group in their selective pursuit of new business
  • co-ordinated the sales push to maximise return on marketing investment

Nine months into the project , the firm is delighed to be achieving 43% growth in fee income within this portfolio.
